After launching it last year, Cavetown has now revealed the details of their first event for the ‘This Is Home Project’. Last year Cavetown revealed the details of the ‘This Is Home Project’, an initiative put in place that is striving to raise a minimum of $1 million over the next three years to LGBTQIA+ youth organisations and charities.
And the organisation’s first event had been announced.
It will be taking place on January 11 at Racket in New York City, and alongside Cavetown will feature performances from mxmtoon, Chloe Moriondo, Cafuné, Penelope Scott, Yot Club, Sydney Rose and Spookyghostboy.
All proceeds will be donated to New Alternatives, which is a New York-based charity focused on ending homelessness for LGBTQIA+ youths and focuses on long-term support, harm reduction, and addressing aspects critical to the healthy development of children and teens.
Cavetown released their new album ‘worm food’ late last year, which featured the beautiful ‘frog’.
